A personal idea, shaped by professional experience

I’m Hong, a pharmacist based in Melbourne, Australia.

Through my work in healthcare, I’ve seen how ageing can affect energy, mobility, independence and quality of life. I’ve also seen how overwhelming the supplement market can be — big promises, confusing labels, too many bottles and rising costs.

That inspired me to explore a simpler, more thoughtful approach: bringing carefully selected, evidence-based nutrients together into one convenient daily system designed to be practical, effective and easy to stick with.

It started with one question

Could healthy ageing support be simpler, evidence-informed and more accessible?

Like many people, I wanted to take a proactive approach to my long-term health. But building a comprehensive supplement routine can quickly become expensive, inconvenient and difficult to maintain.

That experience helped shape the idea behind Innervive Co.
